We moved into The Market Quarter in Ashford after over a year of delay. Since moving in, we have a broken window, cracks in the ceiling, floors lifting, doors not installed properly, and now mould in our home and the building. It is also impossible to get into contact with Clarus Homes and they have been useless through the entire journey, if you call them you get voicemail and no one ever calls back. Fantastic personable service from Chris and his team. Nothing was too much trouble. Having dealt with one of the massive house building companies where you are treated as a number.
