This place was magical! 2nd year in row we have been and all the way from Surrey as it’s well worth it compared to other big farms. This year was especially hard as we didn’t have a car and took the train with a suitcase which we hoped they could look after as we were staying in Ashford. When we arrived. A really lovely blonde lady (sadly not sure of her name) greeted us from the hut and I asked if she wouldn’t mind to look after her suitcase to which she said of course! She asked where we had come from, (probably due to lugging a suitcase around) and to my surprise she said she may be able to get somebody to run us to pluckley station later but couldn’t promise. We were prepared for the long old walk again (with no pavement) just in case (or hopefully a cab). To my amazement we got our suitcase from her on departing and she said she had found someone to give us a lift from the centre. A lovely gentleman called Pete who asked where we were headed, when I said Ashford International hotel. He said he was going to Ashford b and q anyway and can take us straight there. What a kind gesture! In the car journey he told us all about what he does at the farm and that he does events with the reindeer’s in lots of locations! He was so lovely to us and the kids and didn’t expect anything but I promised a good review and he was happy for me to mention this! I really hope this gets to him and the lovely lady who found him to give us a lift! You made our day! We will be back for sure, this place was brilliant from Santa to all the activities and the big herd of reindeer you wouldn’t usually see anywhere else 😁

We recently visited the Reindeer Centre on 24 December and had a truly brilliant experience. Despite the date, it wasn’t extremely busy at all, and everything was extremely well organised from start to finish — from being helped with parking right through the entire event.
All the staff were so lovely and friendly, which was especially impressive given how cold they must have been being outside all day. You can really tell how much care and thought goes into the experience.
Even the gifts are very well thought out and offer great value, which was a lovely added touch. A fantastic visit all round and one we’d highly recommend to others.

Here for the Christmas event / reindeer centre, it’s absolutely fantastic! So much to do for the children! Santa was great! Really good fun for the family! Animals were great also!
My only slight gripe was the cafe… just wish the coffee was better 🤣
Also make sure you pack lots of warm clothes for the kids! Very cold here, no heating in the barns!

Really good, lots of photo opportunities, Santa experience was fantastic and the presents where very good. The adults got free mince pies each, the animals where great and friendly, we saw some 7 day old goats which was lovely to see and the raindeers where amazing. At the end they had music, soft play and lots of stuff for kids to do, would definitely recommend and will be going back next year for Santa.

What a lovely surprise. A warm welcome from all of Santa’s elves! Well kept, happy animals that are clearly used to being petted. They were so friendly!! The reindeer are absolutely beautiful and we loved Mr Wobbles!
The grotto was a magical experience and seeing Father Christmas was brilliant too. Thank you.

What a fantastic place we took our 4 year old granddaughter and she absolutely loved it . There is so much to see and do . The price of tickets was so good for what you get that we will definitely be looking to go again next year . Feeding the reindeer was fantastic for not only our granddaughter but also for us. The people working here seemed to love what they were doing and should be applauded for their professionalism it was a really great day out and we smiled all the way through. Also Santa was soooo good and the present was worth every penny.five stars from us.*****

We visited during the half term Halloween special and had the best day. Super friendly staff, amazing activities with so much to do. Even better that it’s all under cover so no worrying about the dodgy weather! Thank you and can’t wait to return for Christmas 🎅🏻

This place was cute. We went for Easter. Bopeep greeted us on arrival and took photo of us. Carrot patch was good. My son had to find 5 carrots and then could pick a prize. Planted sunflower seeds, too take home, made and Easter card and got a bubble wand, free tub of ice cream for the kids and if you work out the mystery word, a mini bag of haribo. So really good for kids.
Lots of little photos opportunity areas. Sandpit, bouncy castle. Saw bunny's, chicks, sheep's goats lammas reindeer and lambs. Good day out. My boy loved the piano.Just very busy

An excellent place for young children. We went mid week and we didn’t have to queue. We were greeted by an amazing elf and mrs clause who were lovely and made the experience magical from the start. Santa was excellent with a brilliant present. We then went through the grotto which was lovely and my daughter loved. We then got to the village and fed the reindeer. They were very friendly. There was lamas, goats and sheep too. Lots of photo opportunities though out. Fake snow, bouncy castle, make reindeer food and a small soft play. The staff were amazing daughters favourite part of as dancing with 2 lovely elves on the stage. Her day was made thank you everyone. It was brilliant.
