Helen came to our rescue when our original planned photographer pulled out a month before our wedding. Helen was fantastic both before and on our wedding day, really putting us at ease and taking on board our requirements. We decided to have Helen start at the registry office and continue through to our first dance late in to the evening. The photos we have received are amazing, with a lot of natural shots. Helen really did manage to capture the whole event and there are a lot of photos that we will truly treasure.

Just received pictures from Helen. This was an outdoors casual family photoshoot. There were seven of us ranging from 19 months to 92, plus a dog! Quite a challenge ( bit like hearing cats at times) but Helen took it all in her stride and made the morning a lot of fun. The setting was lovely and with the useful tips beforehand on what to wear or what to avoid the resulting photos are amazing. Could not be happier with the results and would highly recommend Helen for her keen eye, professional but fun approach and patience!

Helen, we can’t thank you enough! Our wedding photos are beautiful. We didn’t have a videographer for our wedding so it was really important to us that the photographs captioned the day. And she did exactly that, the photos really captures how fun it was and it will be really special looking back at the memories in many years to come. We even got a pre-wedding photoshoot which really helped to know what to expect on the day of the wedding for our couple photos! Helen was absolutely wonderful on our wedding day, she captured the day's events with care but also with a touch of humour which has made looking back at our photos such a joyful process. She was fantastic beforehand when we met with her at her studio and chatted through our plans, making us feel at ease about our day. During our wedding she took a mixture of candid and posed shots, disappearing into the crowd when she needed to but also organising us assertively during the group shots! We couldn’t be happier with our decision to pick Helen as our wedding photographer. We loved her photo style and her knowledge of the venue was invaluable. On the day Helen was polite and friendly and at the same time largely invisible – she really just let us, and all our guests, get on with enjoying the day while she took photos non-stop. Helen was our photographer for our wedding, and we were both extremely happy with the job she did. On the day she was professional and also very nice and friendly and made us feel comfortable. She achieved a range of both artistic photos that beautifully captured the scenery and moments, and also more traditional wedding photos, and special requests. For our wedding one of our main concerns was to find a really good photographer because this aspect of the wedding was particularly important to us and choosing Helen was therefore one of our best decisions as she delivered the high standard service that we had in mind. We asked Helen to photograph our wedding after receiving a good recommendation from another photographer who wasn't available on that date, and we were not disappointed. Right from the first meeting she had been very professional, friendly and made us both feel at ease. Helen's style of working seems different somehow, she is very calm, unobtrusive and knows how to organise her working process so not to disturb the guests or the couple. Prior to the wedding we received a drawn up plan of the family photos, which Helen created in order to take up as little of our precious wedding reception time. On the day Helen arrived early to photograph me and the bridesmaids getting ready. Throughout all the chaos and the setting up of the venue, Helen managed to capture all the fun and notable moments. We also absolutely loved the photos we received back from Helen. They were of very high quality and captured the day perfectly. When I showed the pictured to my friends, everyone asked me about Helen and commented on how beautiful the pictures were. We will definitely be recommending Helen to all the friends needing a photographer in the area.
