So pleased we chose Swift to replace our windows in our Edwardian house. The sliders are an authentic looking replacement, easy to maintain and clean. Requested a quote for new doors, Chris visited in mid-December. Expected a quote early January. Didn't receive anything. Requested a call-back. Nothing. Called and chased THREE more times and at most, got a couple of lame excuses. Still no quote to this day (Jan 23rd). Zero communication! Seems like this company doesn't need any more business or just cherry-picks its jobs. Completely wasted our time. Luckily there are plenty of other door companies out there that act more professionally and don't leave potential customers hanging. Beware! UPDATE 1. We requested an Endurance single leaf front door, of which this company is an official dealer of. It's not wood, it's composite. But still didn't get a quote for this. 2. Manufacturing time for Endurance doors can be up to 6 weeks, or (in this current climate) much longer. Factor in scheduling an install, any savvy customer wanting a supply & install at the end of March would obviously require a quote within the month of January so as to place the order. Otherwise, obviously the time frame would not be achievable. Simple maths & logistics! Nothing to be confused about. 3. Timber french doors were not a mandatory request, they were simply a preference. 4. Competitors have managed to quote the exact same project, in writing, in less than 48 hours. 5. If only the 3 or 4 'chase-up' phone calls had produced such a speedy response as the 2-hour rebuttal to this review did. 6. Sadly, no rebuttal makes up for zero communication. Calling their office several times and not one call back. Waiting 5 weeks with zero communication. Thank you for wasting out time.

Really pleased with the work that was carried out, the French doors are working great. The service from Swift was very professional and the communication with us and our tenant was excellent. We have used Swift before and they will continue to be our first choice in the future. Thank you Swift

The work was phenomenal and the door looks amazing. The guys were happy to move the door up as we are having slightly thicker laminate in the room connected to the front door. The finish inside is amazing too.

I have used Swift on a few occasions, to repair/ replace my Mum's very old double glazing. Every time they have been quick to come and assess the problem and to arrange repair etc. My latest dealings with them was a bit of an emergency and they pulled out all the stops to replace a back door double glazing unit asap.
